In order to further professionalize our financial processes, the council of AEA Europe have decided to outsource the financial administration in 2022. Starting 01-07-2022 EasyConferences Ltd, the organization that that has been handling the conference subscriptions and logistic and administrative preparations for several years already, will also become responsible for collecting the membership fees. We have handed over the necessary member information to EasyConferences in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that the member information provided will solely be used by EasyConferences for AEA Europe-membership related purposes.

The members that have already paid their 2022 membership fee will only be approached by EasyConferences in 2023 around the time their membership has to be renewed. Members that have not paid their 2022 membership fee will be approached by EasyConferences around the time their current membership expires. Members who use PayPal to pay and have a recurrent payment scheme are kindly asked not to continue this scheme. The PayPal account was closed on June 30, 2022
